About Suz

​

Suz Maxwell-Leigh is a leadership and career coach a mother and a successful organisational strategist. Suz was awarded B&Ts 30 under 30 and has over 18 years' of experience in large organisations across a range of sectors leading teams, strategies and transformational programs. Suz is a strong advocate for life long learning, growth mindset and squiggly careers. 

 

In her coaching work, Suz blends evidence-based methodologies and frameworks with creativity and candour. Suz is particularly passionate about people connecting and embracing their unique identities and supporting people to lead a fulfilling career aligned to their values.
